NEW DELHI: A report charged by the United States (US) Congress has put India as the second biggest arms purchaser among creating countries, and the claim looked vindicated on Wednesday while active Indian Air Force boss Arup Raha said the nation required 200 Rafale-sort war planes rather than the 36 the nation had bought from France.
"Saudi Arabia was the main creating world arms buyer from 2008-2015, with assentions totalling USD 93.5 billion.
